30 minutes Meditation with A Cup of Tea

 

It helps release your busy thoughts, turn your attention to inner self and reach a spiritual calmness and balance.

This is a comfortable relaxing meditation course with Grace GUO the Chinese Tea Ceremony Master at Grace Tea House. Normally one needs 6 hours, 3 hours per afternoon, to learn and practise.

The course values 3900 SEK for 5-8 students (excluded moms 6%).
 

1. prepare yourself for the meditation with a cup of tea
   • comfortably position yourself
   • select proper tea, tea utensils and music


2. brew a cup of tea and combine with breathing
   • each movement (warming up, putting in the tea, smelling aroma, infusing fully)
   • breath in and out when performing each process


3. Mindfullness with a cup of tea
   • observe infusion color and tea form, sense the aroma and feel the taste
   • introduce flowery (aroma), meadow (tea form) and sea images into tasting experience.
